The first one was silly, but it was enjoyable. Nick's lack of guitar playing knowledge was pretty apparent on the first one, but I kind of liked that about it. Nothing to take seriously. Grinderman 2, on the other hand, can and should be taken seriously. I need to save some money so I can go vinyl shopping. I bet it'll sound fantastic.
